MAAP STARS Fall Leadership Conference

Today, 4 MAAP STARS students and Advisor Val Kunze embarked on the journey to Long Prairie for the 2017 MAAP STARS Fall Leadership Conference, where the learners were able to congregate with with students from 28 other Alternative Learning High Schools from across the state of MN at Lake Beauty Camp.  The conference was a two-day event (yes, we slept overnight at camp!) and activities centered around developing leadership and social skills, as well as planning ahead for our year as a MAAP STARS Chapter.  For more information about MAAP STARS please check out: http://maapmn.org/MAAPStars.html .
